Getting Around

We are happy to assist with taxis. Simply text us the destination when you are ready. Generally, a 10 to 15 minute wait.
All Taxis charge per person and most only accept CASH. Please see the taxi rate schedule and confirm rates beforehand.
Car Rentals
At the airport there is an Avis, Budget and Hertz

On St. John: If you want to rent a car for the day on St John, you will need to pick one up when you arrive. The agencies do not take advance single day reservations.
Safari Bus - A true island experience.
There is an open air safari bus that runs for $1-$2 per person each direction. It does NOT go to the airport, or Magens’ Bay, but it does eventually go to Redhook. You can get to two beaches via the Safari - Brewer’s Bay or Lindquist Beach (Smith Bay). It can be difficult to get back from Lindquist! There are frequent stops and no time schedule. Safaris stop running after dark. If you want a quirky look into island living, try the bus. If you have a schedule and want to get to a specific location - skip it and take a taxi.

Beaches
We are happy to suggest beaches based upon what you might like (busier, beach bars, or more quiet and subdued). Check your in room magazine for a description and amenities listing of the St Thomas and St. John beaches. Magens Bay and Brewers Bay are the two closest.

We can drop off laundry at a wash and fold service for you. Our fee is $10 per bag + the cost from the laundromat.
