No. Access to our 200+ year old property does not lend itself to guests with disabilities. We are located on a step street, which means that there is a short set of stairs from the parking area to the hotel front gate. Once you are within the property however, there are only a few small steps that guests would need to navigate.

Absolutely not. The only charge beyond our room rate is hotel tax charged by the Government of the Virgin Islands on every hotel room in the territory. WIFI, pool access, pool towels, coffee/tea, and water are all included in your nightly room fee. Beer, wine and soda are usually available for purchase in our lobby.

Please let us know if your flight is delayed. We know these things happen from time to time. We will accomodate your check-in time even if it's late. Please remember if your flight is cancelled or delayed overnight we cannot refund for this portion of your trip. Trip insurance is encouraged.

We offer a quiet retreat for our guests, well behaved children 15 and up are welcome. Please note that our rooms accommodate a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.

Yes. We live on property in rooms below.

From the top of the step street, we are 18 steps down. Once on property there are 1 or 2 steps to enter the rooms.

This would depend on a number of factors. If you are comfortable driving on the left, on streets with less than optimal lighting and road signage, it can be quite the adventure. You may be able to access areas and beaches that taxis will not travel to. However, many of our guests decide that taxi is the way to go. They always know where they are going and get you home safely after a night out. For more info about driving on St Thomas please check our blog article.

We are approximately 15 minutes from the STT airport by car. A shared taxi typically costs $10 per person plus a few dollars for bags.

If you’re driving, please use our written directions instead of Google Maps. In the USVI, map apps can send you onto step streets or other roads that are not easy to drive. From the airport, turn right onto Veterans Drive and follow the waterfront into town. Just past Fort Christian, make a left at the traffic light and continue following our directions to the inn.

The parking area is just above our property, about 18 steps up the step-street. There are enough spots for all of our guests to park for free on our street. The spots are marked with our sign.

Yes. We are generally available to assist guests in person or by phone. Our cell phone number is provided in each guest room, if there is something you need and we have stepped out don't hesitate to text or call.

Not at this time. However, the owners have two very friendly dogs who enjoy a good pet if you miss your pets at home.

Please email us. While we have a three night stay requirement, we may be able to accomodate a shorter stay if there is a vacancy within 45 days of your arrival. When a two night stay is available, we update the website to allow a two night booking.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Yes! We can host a small wedding, a vow renewal ceremony, a wellness retreat, a special birthday, anniversary or even a super bowl party. Whatever your vision is, we can make it happen. Please contact us and ask for more information.

Guests have access to the pool 24h a day. It does not close.

No, however please be respectful of other guests and our neighbors.

Yes. We have locally crafted spirits for sale in the lobby or you are welcome to bring your beverages of choice.

No. By order of the Department of Health, smoking of any kind including vaping is prohibitted at all lodging facilities. Guests are welcome to smoke just outside of the gate.

Yes! Please let us know about any food allergies or diet requirements when you book your reservation.

Yes, once you have checked in.

The easiest way is to follow the directions on our Directions page. GPS is not always accurate in the USVI. Our parking is above the property, and because we are on a step street, it helps to follow our route guidance for the smoothest arrival.

Yes. The inn overlooks Charlotte Amalie harbor, and many guests love the scenic views from the property.

A taxi is usually the easiest option. We’re about 15 minutes from STT airport, and drivers are familiar with the inn and the Charlotte Amalie area.

Yes. We have backup systems in place, including solar power, batteries, a generator, and water storage, so you can relax with added peace of mind during your stay.
