The Tropical Bed and Breakfast with Delicious Food
At Home in the Tropics, breakfast is what really sets us apart. At our bed and breakfast, we prepare an incredible homemade meal each day for our guests. The menu changes to reflect the best of what's in season and we provide a unique culinary treat. We serve "Tree to Table" as much as possible; this means that we incorporate locally-grown fruit, vegetables, and herbs from throughout the US Virgin Islands in our dishes. Breakfast is served daily from 8 - 10 AM.
Some guest favorites are:
Caribbean Root Hash
Coconut Spiced Waffles with Chocolate Rum sauce
Banana Pancakes from the Bananas We Grow Onsite
Breakfast Pates and Grape Chow
We prepare a different menu every day of your trip to provide you a truly unique culinary experience. At our bed and breakfast, we understand how important it is for the “breakfast” part of the day to be out of this world - so we deliver!

Breakfasts were a treat. Jessica shops the markets and deals with local farmers... we enjoyed soursop, guava, and breadfruit. Mangoes were also featured in a delicious bread served with an omelet!
